Orders for standard bed linens (Single, Double or King size)
will be dispatched in most cases within 3-4 working days.
Custom and bespoke bed linens are made to order so
please allow up to 21 days for orders to be dispatched. Orders will be sent as
one package wherever possible so as not to incur further postage costs. If
items are out of stock we will let you know when they are due and have them
delivered as soon as they arrive with us.
From time to time we experience some delays for designer bed linens. While do try and contact all customers regarding delays but we would ask that if your order is not received within 2 weeks of being placed please contact us for an update.
Non standard bed sizes: (These are sizes that do not fall into UK single, double, king and super king sizes. Also larger pillows and pillow cases and specialist split corner and velcro attached valances.) These bed linens and quilts are made to order for you and take a little longer to make. During busy times this can be up to 21 days.
Price match guarantee only applies to like for like goods when compared to other internet online stores. Price comparison does not include private and individual sellers or when compared through online portals such as Ebay and Gumtree etc. Price comparison items only includes goods of new and unused condition and in the case of bed linen and outsized bed linen of equal thread count, fabric quality and product make up.
Any price comparisons will need proof of purchase price and delivery costs.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. Whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Therefore, please do not damage the items whilst you inspect them
Standard size bed linens must be returned unused, in their original packaging, in a saleable condition with the tags still attached (if applicable) along with the invoice to:

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage and to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer. Cost of return of goods cancelled after dispatch will be borne by customer.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days after we receive your return or 7 day cancellation notice. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded for (1) undeliverable packages (including those for which the shipper cannot locate the customer, resulting in the order being returned to sender or abandoned), (2) deliveries that are refused (including instances in which the customer is unwilling to pay any applicable taxes or duties which results in the order being returned to sender or abandoned) or (3) orders cancelled after the goods have been shipped. All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a return, with the same policy applied as returned items.(4) Items that are not faulty
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, please notify us in writing (or by email) within 7 days of receipt and goods will be re-dispatched on return of faulty items). Customers must be aware that
Victoria Linen cannot be held liable if
goods are received in a damaged condition from the courier/postal service if
the items were dispatched in a saleable condition. If items are received in a
damaged condition customers are advised that they must refuse delivery or sign
for the goods as 'damaged' for insurance purposes.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary slightly.
Returns from outside the UK:
Only on the occasion of receiving faulty goods, Victoria Linen will refund the recipient with the cost of returning the item via their local post office up to a maximum cost of GB £10.00. (A receipt must be obtained). If the recipient has paid import duty, it will be repaid on a pro rata basis. The recipient should contact us to arrange their refund. This returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory rights.
In the event of returning full bed sets please note the free fitted sheet must also be returned to avoid a charge.

Import regulations and duty
If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Free Delivery - When free delivery is available it is applicable only to orders with delivery addresses within the UK mainland. Wherever possible we will offer discounted rates for orders overseas, please contact us for more details at firstname.lastname@example.org
Standard Size Bedding: ( Any UK standard size bedding inc standard drop valances)We will normally send your order to you
in 7 working days when in stock.
If you can't wait that long don't worry, you can Express Your Order at the checkout and we can have it dispatched to you within 7 days You only need to add this once per order and we will treat your bedding as urgent.
Your shopping basket on the Site displays the goods you have chosen, the Seller who shall provide them and details of postage and packing. The delivery costs for each Seller vary according to the delivery methods they offer. Any delivery times quoted are in working days.
All products overseas outside the UK are sent via registered mail or courier. Delivery time is dependent in the service but varies from 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

You have the
right to cancel an order for standard size bedding (Single, Double, King & Super King Bedding at normal depth and drop valances) within seven working days of
purchase or within 14 working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the
longer). Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven working days,
please contact us in writing, either by letter or by email. All items must be
appropriately packaged and returned within 10 Days. If any items are unfit for
purpose or faulty please contact us within 28 days for refund or replacements.
Returns of Custom Bedding, These are made to order items including any items bought in the following sections: Custom Bedding, Emperor Bedding, 2'6" Bedding, 4ft Bedding, Round bedding, Adjustable Bed Bedding, Four Poster Bedding, 8ft Bedding, Made to measure curtains, Boxed Valanced Sheets, Easy Fit Velcro Valances, deep fitted sheets and Split Corner Valances.
Custom bedding products also includes all non UK standard sizes (single, double, king or super king) sized bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, valances, (inc standard size valances with bespoke drop), curtains, mattress protectors, bedspreads, pillows & duvets.
These linens and duvets are made to order on a one off basis, items may be returned ONLY if found to be faulty or the wrong size to what you have ordered. Please allow a 1-2cm difference in your measurements as bespoke bed linen can stretch and recede depending on the fabric. We regret they may not be exchanged/refunded for any other reason.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
From time to time Victoria Linen will offer discounts and offers relating to its products. Victoria Linen reserve the right to change offers at any time including ending offers early. Vouchers and offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another with one discount code or offer only applicable to one order. Some offers are detailed below:

The terms and conditions on the Site shall apply to promotional codes. If and to the extent there is a conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Site and these promotional code terms and conditions, the promotional code terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency. The defined terms used in the Site terms and conditions shall also apply to these promotional code terms and conditions.
Victoria Linen promotional codes can only be used on Victoria Linen and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our Site, excluding delivery charges.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on Victoria Linen, including (but not limited to) any other Victoria Linen promotional code, in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers.
The discount associated with a promotional code is applied to your entire basket, excluding any delivery charges. Promotional codes are a combination of letters and numbers, eg, SPVS1567, and should be entered on the payment page during checkout for the discount to apply.

Refusal of transaction
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Uploading material to the Site

Where we or a Seller are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these Customer Terms due to circumstances beyond our or the Seller's reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to the Seller's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials then either our or the Seller's (as the case may be) performance of its obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.
