There is a problem with the traditional valance. They can be quite tricky to put on! Firstly the heavy mattress has to be removed, then the valance put in place and then put the mattress back. Then when its wash day we have to do it all again!

The simple solution is an easy fit velcro valance.

The valance is attached with a sticky backed velcro strip all the way around the bed base. Givingthe look of a valance, it can then be easily removed for laundering and replaced afterwards.
