Tencel fabric makes the perfect anti allergy mattress protector.

Anti Allergy and waterproof mattress protectors of the past have been hampered by one factor, they can be very uncomfortable! Old mattress protectors were made of plastic derivatives with possibly a cotton layer, the main problem with these is that air cannot move through them. Why does this matter? Tencel falls short against natural fibres however when we come to dying processes. The fabric has a low surface energy meaning that it doesn’t bind well which means coloured Tencel fades over time.
