Shipping to Other Countries
If your country isn’t listed, we likely still ship there. Just:
UK VAT is not charged on orders for delivery outside the UK. However import VAT, customs duty and any courier administration or clearance fees are not included in the price paid to Victoria Linen.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will normally need to be paid directly to the courier or delivery company before the parcel can be delivered, the relevant customs dept. in your country may contact you about thise charges before the item can be delivered.
Please make sure you are comfortable with any potential import charges before placing your order. Orders that are refused because import charges have not been paid may incur return delivery and administration costs, which may be deducted from any refund.

We pack all bedding in recyclable paper packaging — no plastics. Where possible, we group items into one parcel to reduce your carbon footprint.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, UAE and more. All international parcels are fully tracked and insured.
Will I have to pay VAT or import charges?
Yes. Our prices do not include international countries import VAT, customs duty or courier clearance fees. These charges are payable by the customer, normally directly to the courier before delivery.
How long does international delivery take?
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
- Australia & NZ: 10–18 working days
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Why does made-to-order bedding take longer?
Our bespoke bedding is handcrafted to your size and specification. It takes longer because it’s made for you, not mass produced — helping us reduce waste and ensure a perfect fit.
Can I get my bedding faster?
Yes. Add our Express Service during checkout and we’ll dispatch within 7 days.
Do you offer faster international courier services?
Yes, express couriers like DHL or FedEx are available on request. Contact us for a quote.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
This depends on your country. Non-UK customers may be liable for local taxes or import duties upon delivery.

Your bedding is wrapped in recyclable paper and securely packed in minimal parcels to reduce waste and shipping costs.
