Product Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted items within 28 days of purchase*. Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type. 

Please note, all items must:

Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)

Products returned with a proof of purchase. Without a proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Standard & bespoke made products - Definition

Standard size bedding

Duvets, duvet covers, flat sheets, bed valances made for UK single, Double, King & Super King beds. Bed sheets made for mattress at 7 inch (18cm).  Valances at a drop of 14 inch (35.5cm). Standard pillows & pillow cases.

Bespoke bedding

Covers every product that isn't a standard size (single, double, king or super king) plus bespoke made items including but not exclusive to:

• valances for beds with split corners,
• heavy fabric valances,
• any valance with a non standard drop (standard being 14" / 35.5cm)
• super king / king pillows & pillow cases. 
• bespoke cushions, bedspreads
• bespoke curtains in house
• Shallow or deep sheets in any size (sheets made for any mattress other than standard 7 inch / 18cm depth.)

Furthermore for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned unused and in their original packaging and, if the item has a hygiene or security seal, with that seal intact:

• Mattress toppers

• Mattress and bedding protectors

• Duvets and duvet covers

• Pillows and pillowcases

• Throws & Blankets

• Mattresses

• Bedsheets
