Bedding Sets, all new at our latest photoshoot

photo-1Check out the images from our latest photo shoot, shot in a Stately Home to showcase our new bedding sets for standard and bespoke beds.

This photo shoot is focused mainly on our new bed runners, bedspreads and cushions linen along with duvet covers, pillow cases. As you can see in the images all of the fabrics coordinate on the bedding sets, with certain fabrics complementing others perfectly.

All of the bed linen products which you can see in the images are all UK made in our factory by our seamstresses based in Lancashire and can be made to any specific size which is required. We hold hundreds of fabrics in our showroom which will be suitable for bed linen where you will always be welcome to come in and browse through them; however if you aren’t located close to us we will happily send out a selection of fabric samples in your choice of colour/patterns until you find that perfect fabric.

Now that spring has begun and the sun is beginning to shine, it’s the perfect time to treat yourself to some new bright and summery bedding sets to add a splash of spring/summer to your bedroom.

Black Is Back! – Black Bedding at Victoria Linen

Cotton Bedding Now In BlackOur range of fabric available for our custom bedding is filled with a variety of fabrics including 50/50 easy care polycotton, 100% cotton, 100% Egyptian cotton at a 400 thread count and brushed cotton flannelette.

With our 50/50 polycotton we offer a choice of up to 12 colours and recently had to drop the black fabric due to it being discontinued. This was a shame as black bedding was one of our popular colours. However, here at Victoria Linen we have worked our wonders and the black fabric for Black Bedding is now back in stock by popular demand and no longer discontinued.

At Victoria Linen we are proud to manufacture all of our bespoke and custom bed linen here in the UK.  At our UK manufacturing base in Lancashire we cut all our bed linen from the roll, and then our experienced seamstresses manufacture the bedding to the highest standards.

All of our bed linen is made with traditional techniques such as French Seams which are the seams of our fitted sheets; this ensures longer lasting bed linen and we also add durable metal clasps to our duvet covers. We strive for the highest quality standards of fabric therefore we aim to source all of our raw materials from within the UK wherever it is possible.

As a manufacturer and retailer of bed linens for larger and longer beds we have a mass of experience with outsized bigger beds and making the linens to fit. Around the world beds are made to different standard sizes, for instance european beds are nearly always 200cm (6’6″) long and in Australia can be up to 213cm (7 foot). Theres also names for beds in relation to what size they are, for example Caesar beds are 96″ (8 ft) in width and Emporer beds are 84″ (7 ft). Check out the Victoria Linen website for more information
